This study aims to describe the application of the talqin method in improving the accuracy of fifth-grade students’ recitation of the Qur’an at SDIT Annajah. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consist of halaqah teachers and fifth-grade students involved in Qur’an memorization instruction. Data collection techniques included observation, semi-structured interviews, Quran recitation tests, and documentation. The results showed that the talqin method was implemented by the teacher reading Quranic verses slowly and correctly, after which the students listened, imitated, and repeated the recitation until it conformed to the rules of tajwid and the articulation points of letters. Before the implementation of the talqin method, students still made mistakes in the pronunciation of the articulation points of letters, the length of sounds, and the application of tajwid rules.
