<![CDATA[The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly transformed the field of education, including Islamic education. The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides new opportunities to improve learning quality, expand educational access, and enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes. This study aims to analyze the integration of technology and AI in Islamic education, identify potential opportunities, and examine the challenges arising from their implementation. This research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from various academic sources, including books, journals, articles, and other relevant documents. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of the utilization of technology and AI in Islamic education. The findings indicate that technology and AI can improve educational quality through broader access to learning resources, more interactive learning experiences, and personalized learning systems tailored to students' needs. Furthermore, AI assists educators in preparing instructional materials and conducting evaluations more efficiently. However, the implementation of technology and AI still faces challenges such as limited digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, information validity issues, and the necessity of magintaining Islamic values in technological utilization. Therefore, the integration of technology and AI in Islamic education should be carried out wisely while maintaining the Qur'an and Sunnah as the primary foundations of the educational process.]]>
