This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on students' personality, the effect of spiritual intelligence on students' personality, and the simultaneous effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the personality of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muslim Maros. This research employed a quantitative research method, with data collected through questionnaires. The population consisted of all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muslim Maros, with a sample of 236 respondents selected using the stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis methods included instrument testing consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R) analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). The results of the study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' personality, with a regression coefficient of 0.138 and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. Spiritual intelligence also has a positive and significant effect on students' personality, with a regression coefficient of 0.616 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05
