This study aims to analyze the influence of the public service system at Tambaksumur Village Hall on community satisfaction. The background of this research emphasizes the importance of public services as mechanisms to fulfill citizens’ needs, requiring speed, accuracy, transparency, and hospitality from village officials. A quantitative approach was employed with a sample of 132 respondents selected based on criteria of being over 16 years old, possessing an ID card, and having experience with services at the village hall. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale, which were tested for validity and reliability. The validity test confirmed that all items were valid, while the reliability test showed Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.60, indicating reliable instruments. The partial t-test revealed that the public service system significantly affects community satisfaction, with a t-value of 12.319 and a significance level of 0.000. The simultaneous F-test further demonstrated that independent variables collectively have a significant effect, with an F-value of 151.767 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.539) indicates that 53.9% of the variation in community satisfaction can be explained by the public service system, while the remaining 46.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings highlight that fast, accurate, transparent, and friendly public services are crucial in enhancing community satisfaction, although additional factors also play a role.
