Currently, Popou Petshop relies on conventional sales and service methods that require Customers to visit the store in person and record sales in manual logbooks, which leads to issues such as calculation errors in financial reports, a lack of realtime inventory tracking, and payment options limited to cash. The developed solution is an Android-based mobile application built with the Flutter framework. Using PHP and Dart, the app manages inventory, processes orders, and handles payments. Comprehensive black-box testing covering system components such as the main menu and admin pages confirms the successful development of the Popou Petshop Online Sales System, with no issues encountered. User satisfaction analysis based on beta testing yielded a score of 100 and an average rating of 83.3%, leading to the conclusion that the Popou Petshop Online Sales System performs excellently in terms of both features and effectiveness.]]>
