<![CDATA[Oil palm cooperatives are an important pillar in the economic development of rural communities, particularly in areas where oil palm plantations are concentrated. This study aims to develop a model for improving the performance of oil palm cooperatives through strengthening leadership, organizational culture, and technological innovation in Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The data consisted of primary and secondary data collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model feasibility tests, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on cooperative performance. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on cooperative performance. Furthermore, leadership and organizational culture each have a positive and significant effect on technological innovation. Technological innovation has a positive and significant effect on cooperative performance. Indirectly, leadership influences cooperative performance through technological innovation, indicating that technological innovation mediates this relationship. A similar finding was observed in the relationship between organizational culture and cooperative performance through technological innovation. Therefore, strengthening leadership, organizational culture, and technological innovation is essential for improving the sustainable performance of oil palm cooperatives. These factors can support cooperatives in enhancing their competitiveness, strengthening organizational management, and improving the economic welfare of their members.]]>
