Samsat Corner is one of the public service innovations implemented to facilitate the community in fulfilling their obligation to pay annual Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). This study aims to analyze the implementation of Samsat Corner services as a public service innovation at the Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPT Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah) of Jember Regency. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the implementation of the Field Experience Practice (PPL). The results showed that Samsat Corner services have been well implemented in providing easier access to public services. The implementation is supported by a strategic service location, non-cash payments through QRIS, a two-shift staff schedule, and socialization through social media and other informational media. However, Samsat Corner still has limitations in the types of services provided, as it focuses on annual Motor Vehicle Tax payments and annual STNK validation, while five-year tax payments and certain vehicle administration services must still be processed at the main Samsat office. Overall, Samsat Corner provides convenience, practicality, and time efficiency for the community and serves as one form of innovation in improving access to public services.
