Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in Precision, Part, JIG, Fixture, Dies, Fabrication and Extrude Plastic. This study focuses on extrude plastic products by measuring the performance of the company's supply chain management which has recently been experiencing a decline due to a mismatch between forecasting results and actual demand resulting in product splitting and causing additional work in managing products to be sent to consumers, as well as other problems is the quantity and lead time of raw materials sent by suppliers does not meet standards so that it has a negative impact on the company. Measurement of supply chain management performance in the company should be conducted using the SCOR method and pairwise comparisons. Research instrument by distributing questionnaires, focus group discussions and brainstorming was carried out to determine the benchmarks for planning and evaluation in managing the company's supply chain. Based on several department that have job description regarding to supply chain in this company, 12 employees were choosen as a respondent in this research. The results showed that 14 KPIs was obtained from literature review and distribute the research instrument, passed the validation with R-value > R-table 0.5324 and reliability tests have high reliability with value 0.881. Pairwise comparisons were conducted, resulting in a supply chain performance index of 71.93%, categorized as good with performance indicator between 70-90%. From 3 suggested improvements, improved information system integration between the company and suppliers is a first priority to improve supply chain performance by reducing waste due to misinformation.
