Abstract

The background of this study is grounded in the increasing prevalence of bullying cases inelementary schools, which may adversely affect children’s psychological and social development. Parental support is considered a crucial factor influencing bullying behavior among children. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the level of parental support among Muslim students at SDN 2 Sumberingin,Trenggalek Regency; (2) to identify the level of bullying behavior among Muslim students at SDN 2 Sumberingin, Trenggalek Regency; and (3) to analyze the relationship between parental support and bullying behavior among Muslim students at SDN 2 Sumberingin, Trenggalek Regency. This research employed aquantitative approach. The study population consisted of 32 individuals, and the sampling technique employed was total sampling. The findings reveal a negative correlation between parental support and bullying behavior, with a significance value 0.001. This indicates that higher levels of parental support are associated with lower levels of bullying behavior, whereas lower levels of parental support are associated with higher levels of bullying behavior among Muslim students.
