<![CDATA[: This study aims to analyze the soundness level of PT Bank Mega Syariah Tbk during the fiscal years 2024 to 2025 employing the RGEC method, encompassing Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. The soundness of Islamic banking constitutes a critical issue given the industry's sustained growth amidst increasingly complex economic challenges. This research addresses the analytical void concerning the bank's health assessment for 2025, which remains unexplored in prior studies, while simultaneously updating previous findings through newly published audited financial statements. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative approach utilizing secondary data derived from the audited annual financial reports for the 2024-2025 period. The analytical procedure involves computing financial ratios across each RGEC component, subsequently comparing the results against the composite rating criteria established by the financial services authority. The findings reveal that Bank Mega Syariah attained Composite Rating 1 with a very healthy predicate in 2024, subsequently shifting to Composite Rating 2 with a healthy predicate in 2025. This transitional shift is attributable to the increase in the Financing to Deposit Ratio exceeding the upper threshold of the very healthy category, while other indicators consistently maintained their ratings. This study confirms that the financial fundamentals of Bank Mega Syariah remain robust and resilient amidst the ongoing financing expansion strategy.]]>
