This study examined the influence of family-supportive organizations on employee outcomes through the roles of supervisor support and work-family balance in organizations in West Kalimantan. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from 150 employees across various sectors. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares. The results showed that family-supportive organizations significantly influenced supervisor support and work-family balance. Supervisor support also had a strong effect on work-family balance, which in turn positively affected employee outcomes. The findings further indicated that the effect of family-supportive organizations on employee outcomes was primarily indirect, operating through a sequential mechanism involving supervisor support and work-family balance. This study highlighted the importance of integrating organizational policies and supervisory practices to improve employee outcomes.
