Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School faces significant challenges in managing students' academic data, as the current manual system is highly susceptible to data loss. This community service initiative aims to address these issues by providing foundational knowledge and practical training on cloud computing-based data management. The methods employed include an interactive approach featuring educational lectures (storytelling), visual live demonstrations, guided hands-on practice, and peer tutoring. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in digital literacy; students successfully digitized physical documents, organized folders on Google Drive, and executed file-sharing procedures for group collaboration. The initiative concludes that adopting cloud technology is highly effective in transforming the student data management system into a secure, efficient, and modern process. It is recommended that the boarding school administration establish specific policies regarding device usage to support the students' academic digital productivity. Such measures are expected to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of academic data management and improve the overall quality of education at Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School. Furthermore, this initiative serves as a model for other Islamic boarding schools to adopt cloud computing technology for academic data management.
