This study aims to develop a web-based Academic Information System with Parent Monitoring and Learning Analytics at SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek. The main problem is the delayed delivery of academic information to parents, which previously relied on end-of-semester report cards, and the absence of a platform to monitor students' grades and attendance periodically. This research employed the SDLC Waterfall model. The developed system provides interactive dashboards visualizing academic data through Learning Analytics, supported by automated WhatsApp notifications. Testing utilized Black Box Testing for functionality and the System Usability Scale (SUS) for usability. Functional testing achieved a 100% success rate. Furthermore, the SUS testing yielded an average score of 80.8, categorized as excellent and highly acceptable. In conclusion, this system effectively improves academic data management efficiency, accelerates information delivery, and significantly enhances parental involvement in monitoring students' continuous academic progress.
