<![CDATA[The legal profession is characterized by high job demands that may affect lawyers' Work-Life Balance. This study aims to examine the influence of the four dimensions of Recovery Experience Psychological Detachment, Relaxation, Mastery, and Control on Work-Life Balance among lawyers working in law firms in Bandar Lampung. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 158 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 29 through validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial (t) test, and simultaneous (F) test. The results indicate that Psychological Detachment, Relaxation, Mastery, and Control have positive and significant effects on Work-Life Balance, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, the findings suggest that better Recovery Experience contributes to higher Work-Life Balance among lawyers.]]>
