This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Work Engagement as a mediating variable among employees of PT Megah Dinar Calakan. In today's competitive business environment, organizations increasingly require employees who are willing to contribute beyond their formal job duties, a voluntary behavior known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior, which is believed to be encouraged through effective transformational leadership and a strong sense of engagement at work. This research applied a quantitative method with a causal-associative research design. The population comprised all employees of PT Megah Dinar Calakan, with a total sample of 35 respondents determined through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares with the assistance of statistical software. The findings indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and also has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement. In addition, Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and it also mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. These findings imply that organizations should strengthen transformational leadership practices, particularly by improving the communication of organizational vision and attention to individual employees' needs, while also maintaining employees' energy and enthusiasm at work, in order to enhance work engagement and foster voluntary, cooperative behavior that ultimately contributes to overall organizational effectiveness and performance.
