The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Sales Growth and Capital Structure on Firm Value at PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The study population consists of the financial statements of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk, with a sample of Statements of Financial Position processed into time-series data. Data analysis involved classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that, when analyzed partially, Sales Growth does not have a significant effect on Firm Value, whereas Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, the F-test results indicate that Sales Growth and Capital Structure together have a significant effect on Firm Value. The coefficient of determination indicates that most of the variation in Firm Value can be explained by these two variables, while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.
