<![CDATA[This paper explores the role of Indonesian Islamic non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in supporting Palestine, focusing on their dual function of providing humanitarian aid and engaging in political advocacy. Indonesian Islamic NGOs have played a critical role in both alleviating the immediate humanitarian needs of Palestinians and raising awareness about the political dimensions of the conflict. The paper investigates the organizational strategies of several key NGOs, their partnerships with international organizations, and their domestic political engagement. By analyzing case studies of fundraising campaigns, medical missions, and educational programs, the study highlights how these organizations balance their religious mission with political advocacy, emphasizing Palestinian sovereignty and rights. The research also delves into the challenges these NGOs face, such as navigating complex international legal frameworks, managing relations with the Indonesian government, and addressing ideological divisions within Indonesian society regarding the Palestinian cause.
