Pregnancy is a transitional period that increases maternal vulnerability to mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Partner support, especially from the husband, plays a protective role in maintaining the psychological well-being of pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the effect of partner support on the mental health of pregnant women in Randusari Village, Pagerbarang District, Tegal Regency. This study employed a correlational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach involving 32 pregnant women (total sampling). Partner support was measured using the Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ-12), while mental health was assessed using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21). Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed that all respondents had high partner support and normal mental health conditions. There was a significant and strong relationship between partner support and mental health (p = 0.000; r = -0.629), indicating that higher partner support is associated with a lower risk of mental health disorders. Conclusion: Partner support has a significant effect on maintaining the mental health of pregnant women through emotional, instrumental, informational, and appraisal support.
