Community for Climate Village Program in Siak Regency

This study was conducted to determine the implementation of the climate village program in Kayu Ara Permai Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were based on observation, interviews, and documentation. Both primary and secondary data sources were used. The results indicate that the community climate program has developed not only in one hamlet but also in other hamlets. However, further development is needed to achieve overall recognition. Furthermore, involvement from the private sector through environmental businesses and community empowerment is still needed.
