Abstract

This research aims: (1) To describe Pegadaian services in facilitating customer transactions, 2) To determine the implementation of the PSD application at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Turatea. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of this research are based on the ttable test results of 1.661. So tcount > ttable (2,599>1,661). So Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of customer convenience on the use of the digital sharia pawnshop application information system at PT. Turate Sharia Pawnshop
