<![CDATA[Sumberwaru Village faces challenges of poverty and low education levels that have not been spatially mapped. Social data has only been presented in Excel tables, making it difficult to understand visually. This study develops a web based geographic information system using PHP, MySQL, and Leaflet.js through a descriptive qualitative method. The system features three user roles village residents, operators, and the village head with a structured data management workflow. The poverty map displays colored markers based on five BPS categories, while the education map uses icons according to the household head education level. Black Box testing shows all main features function as expected, with 200 sample households successfully mapped spatially in the system. This system is expected to support more targeted decision-making and improve social data monitoring efficiency at the village level.]]>
