<![CDATA[Approximately 84% of infants worldwide (108 million) receive 3 doses of the diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, protecting them against infectious diseases that can cause serious illness, disability, or be fatal. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and maternal anxiety regarding the side effects of DPT-HB-Hib immunization in infants in the Working Area of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City, 2025. The research method used is analytical observational research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 51 mothers of infants in the Working Area of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City. The results of the univariate analysis show that nearly half of the respondents (49%) have an adequate level of knowledge, while almost half of the respondents (39.2%) experience severe anxiety. The results of the bivariate analysis indicate a relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of maternal anxiety regarding the side effects of DPT-HB-Hib immunization in infants (0.000). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of maternal anxiety about the side effects of DPT-HB-Hib immunization in infants in the Health Center. The researcher recommends that the Telaga Dewa Public Health Center develop counseling services for the community that has concerns about DPT-HB-Hib immunization.]]>
