<![CDATA[Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) as primary healthcare facilities play an important role in improving public health through promotive and preventive activities, one of which is health education. The problem faced by Sei Semayang Community Health Center is that the process of determining priorities for health education programs is still carried out through meetings and discussions based on staff experience and available health data, making the process less objective, measurable, and systematic. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist in determining the priorities of health education programs based on several predetermined criteria. The method used is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), which involves normalization, weighting, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, and calculation of preference values to rank each alternative. Based on the test results, the TOPSIS method can be used to determine the priority of health education programs at Sei Semayang Community Health Center. The calculation results show that A3 Communicable Disease Education obtained the highest preference value of 0.6480, making it the top-priority alternative. The developed system is expected to assist the Community Health Center in determining health education programs more objectively, quickly, transparently, and in accordance with community needs.]]>
