<![CDATA[Collaborative Governance Process In Sustainable Mangrove Management In Lewoleba City, Lembata Regency. This study aims to analyze the collaborative governance process in sustainable mangrove management in Lewoleba City, Lembata Regency. Mangrove ecosystem degradation due to land conversion and the threat of climate change has prompted the need for multi-stakeholder governance. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the Lembata Regency Environmental Agency, the BARAKAT, and coastal communities. Referring to the Ansell and Gash theoretical framework, the results indicate that the collaborative process has been successful, demonstrated by five key indicators: regular face-to-face dialogue, building trust through transparency, a shared commitment to conservation, a shared understanding based on local wisdom (MURO), and achieving outcomes. This multi-stakeholder synergy successfully maintained the sustainability of the 96.62-hectare mangrove ecosystem in Lewoleba City without any damage throughout the 2024–2025 period. This study concludes that the collaborative governance approach is effective in maintaining coastal environmental sustainability while strengthening active community participation.]]>
