<![CDATA[Anemia during pregnancy remains a health issue that contributes to an increased risk of complications for both the mother and the fetus. Efforts to prevent anemia are influenced by various factors, one of which is the level of knowledge among pregnant women regarding the causes, effects, and prevention methods. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and efforts to prevent anemia among pregnant women at the Sulamadaha Community Health Center. The study employed a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 35 pregnant women selected using total sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and documentation forms, then analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Spearman Rank test with a 95% confidence level. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a “sufficient” level of knowledge (42.9%) and engaged in “sufficient” anemia prevention efforts (45.7%). Bivariate analysis revealed no significant association between knowledge levels and anemia prevention efforts among pregnant women (p=0.654; r=0.133). These findings suggest that anemia prevention behaviors are influenced not only by knowledge but also by other factors such as adherence to iron supplement intake, dietary patterns, family support, and access to health care services. Therefore, anemia prevention efforts should be implemented through a comprehensive approach that integrates education, family support, and strengthened antenatal care to promote behavioral changes in pregnant women.]]>
