<![CDATA[Kriuk Rasa, an MSME located in Bendungan Village, Jonggol District, Bogor Regency, produces wonton chips, banana chips, and sale pisang (dried banana snacks). Preliminary observations revealed that business management faced challenges regarding product identity, packaging, promotion, and unstructured financial record-keeping. These conditions prompted a community service initiative aimed at strengthening business management through guidance on product aspects, packaging, promotion, and bookkeeping. The implementation method involved direct observation and interviews to identify the partner's conditions and needs, followed by planning, practical guidance, and evaluation. The assistance provided covered strengthening product identity, improving packaging, creating promotional materials and utilizing digital media, and implementing simple bookkeeping. The results demonstrated strengthened business management, evidenced by the establishment of a clear identity and promotional materials, improved packaging aesthetics, the use of digital media for promotion, and the implementation of simple financial record-keeping. This initiative is expected to enhance the partner's independence in managing the business and support the sustainability and competitiveness of the Kriuk Rasa MSME.]]>
