<![CDATA[Teaching and learning activities at MTsN 1 Serang cannot be carried out when teachers are unable to attend class due to external school duties, meetings, illness, or other conditions. This situation indicates the need for a centralized online learning medium so that learning materials, instructions, assignments, discussions, quizzes, assessments, and student activity monitoring can still be managed. This study aimed to design a solution that helps teaching and learning activities continue when teachers are absent, to design and implement a centralized online learning medium, and to develop a system that assists teachers in monitoring and recapping students' learning activities. The methods used included observation, interviews, documentation study, literature study, and system development using the Prototype method. The resulting system provides features for the admin, teacher, and student roles, including academic data management, courses, meetings, materials, discussions, assignments, pre-tests, post-tests, non-regular assessments, student activity monitoring, attendance recap, question bank, bulk meeting packages, and learning progress. Research objectives were evaluated through a User Acceptance Test (UAT) with the partner validator from MTsN 1 Serang, while application functions were verified through blackbox testing using Laravel's built-in testing feature. The results show that the main features can be operated according to the Admin, Teacher, and Student roles, and the application is considered feasible to use with revisions as a learning support medium. Therefore, the system helps teaching and learning activities continue when teachers are absent, centralizes learning activities, and supports teachers in monitoring and recapping students' learning activities.]]>
