<![CDATA[The tourism sector plays a crucial role in accelerating the economic growth of the region. Alas Veenuz Trawas nature tourism destination Mojokerto Regency needs to improve staff performance to the maximum to respond to these demands. However, challenges such as dynamic outdoor environments, limited expertise, and communication constraints between divisions still hamper operations. This quantitative study with descriptive-causality approach aims to evaluate the influence of work environment, HR competence, and work coordination on employee performance. The analysis includes the impact of variables partially or simultaneously. Researchers obtained data through questionnaires involving 80 employees as a total population through census techniques. Stages of data processing using SPSS devices include instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results prove that these three factors have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. This influence is evident both in individual and collective testing. These findings suggest the urgency of improving fieldwork facilities, conducting regular training to equalize skills, and strengthening the workflow between sections. This strategy will strengthen the operational efficiency of the tourist destination.]]>
