<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of pension payment service digitalization through the ANDAL application at PT. Taspen (Persero) Manado Main Branch Office and its effectiveness in improving service quality for retirees. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the ANDAL application facilitates digital authentication, saves time, improves data security, and provides greater convenience for pension recipients, particularly elderly retirees. The implementation of the application also supports the efficiency of pension payment services by reducing the need for retirees to visit the office directly and simplifying the authentication process. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including limited technological literacy among some retirees, unstable internet connections, and technical problems with the application. These challenges may affect the smoothness and accessibility of digital pension payment services. The study concludes that the implementation of digitalized pension payment services through the ANDAL application has been quite effective in improving service quality for retirees. Further socialization, user assistance, and continuous system improvement are needed to ensure more optimal, accessible, and inclusive pension payment services for all retirees.]]>
