The urgency of this research cannot be separated from the preservation and identity of Javanese culture which still exists today. Sadranan is a heritage practice that must be preserved to help future generations understand the identity of the Javanese community. Beyond its role in identity, Sadranan also holds the potential to boost the local economy. While many people view Sadranan merely as a recurring annual tradition leading up to Ramadan, outsiders are often unaware of the substantial economic activity—the significant cash flow—that takes place within it. Therefore, this research aims to thoroughly examine the economic functions associated with the Sadranan tradition. It also seeks to introduce this Javanese tradition—and the many values it embodies—to the general public. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using an interactive model comprising data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions
