<![CDATA[Maternal mortality in Indonesia remains high, partly due to pregnant women's non-adherence to antenatal care (ANC), which may result in undetected high-risk pregnancies. Family support is suspected to be one of the factors influencing ANC adherence. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between family support and ANC adherence among third-trimester pregnant women at Polindes Suka Maju as an effort to facilitate the early detection of high-risk pregnancies. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design involving 35 third-trimester pregnant women selected through total sampling. Data were collected using observation sheets and structured questionnaires and were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test and Spearman's rho correlation. The results showed that most respondents received good family support (94.3%) and were classified as adherent to ANC (88.6%). Statistical testing yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.685, indicating a strong and positive relationship between family support and ANC adherence. These findings suggest that better family support is associated with higher ANC adherence among pregnant women. The implication is that health workers need to actively involve families in maternal health education programs to reduce ANC non-adherence, which may lead to undetected high-risk pregnancies.]]>
