<![CDATA[Exclusive breastfeeding plays a critical role in supporting optimal infant growth and development, yet its achievement remains influenced by various maternal characteristics, including knowledge and parity. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and parity with exclusive breastfeeding among postpartum mothers at RSUD dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor. The study employed a cross-sectional design with a total sampling technique involving 30 respondents, and data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results revealed that the majority of respondents were classified as primiparous (60.0%) with good knowledge accounting for 40.0%, while the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding reached 53.3%. Statistical tests confirmed a significant relationship between parity and exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.024), as well as a stronger relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.000; correlation coefficient 0.765). It can be concluded that both knowledge and parity are significantly associated with exclusive breastfeeding, with knowledge being the more dominant determinant. Health workers are recommended to enhance lactation education tailored to maternal parity characteristics to optimize exclusive breastfeeding outcomes.]]>
