<![CDATA[Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources (HR) to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the learning process. Madrasah Aliyah Almusdariyah 2 Kota Cimahi, as an educational institution, is committed to enhancing the quality of its teaching staff through various human resource development programs. This study aims to examine the implementation of HR development programs in improving the performance of educators at MA Almusdariyah 2 Kota Cimahi. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that HR development at MA Almusdariyah 2 is carried out through training provided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, professional development programs, as well as external seminars and training. The implementation of these programs has had a positive impact on the performance of educators, particularly in improving technology-based teaching methods and increasing active participation in school activities.]]>
