This study aims to explore the various factors influencing the continued use of the OVO application in the Batang Regency area, with a focus on perceived benefits, perceived risks, and the mediating role of trust. OVO, as one of the digital wallets, has evolved into a widely used digital payment platform. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and completed by 179 OVO users in Batang Regency. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0 to assess convergent validity, composite reliability, R-square values, Goodness of Fit, and bootstrapping techniques. The findings reveal that perceived benefits have a positive influence on trust and the continued use of OVO, while perceived risks have a negative impact. Trust plays a significant mediating role by strengthening the influence of perceived benefits and reducing the negative effect of perceived risks on users’ intention to continue using OVO.
