<![CDATA[Abstract. supporting the supply chain of the garment and textile industry in Indonesia. PT XYZ established in 1975, has grown into a leading manufacturer of spun yarn, polytethlene terepthalate (PET), and polyester. The company faces challenges in controlling product defects. Therefore, qualty control aims to ensure that all product meet the specified standards. By implementing Six Sigma dan Kaizen methods, the company can identify and address the causes of product defects, thereby improving overall production. The calculation results show a DPMO of 25.45 with a sigma level 5.87, indicating that the yarn products are at a 5 sigma level, approaching 6 sigma. The Kaizen Five Step Plan and Kaizen Five M-Checklist concepts have produced solutions such as monitoring the production process, employee evaluation, continous training, cleanliness and machine maintenance audits, and SOP implementation audits.]]>
