Abstract. This study aims to design and develop a digital platform called Tes Kinerja Kendaraan (TEKKAN), which functions to support the main vehicle performance testing process at the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) unit at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. The background of this study arises from the need for a more efficient and accurate testing system, because the manual method currently used is prone to recording errors and delays in information delivery. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model which has been simplified into six stages, namely: problem identification, information collection, product design, design validation, revisions based on input, and testing of the developed product. The system development results show that the TEKKAN website is equipped with various features such as a location dashboard display, a vehicle testing data input form, vehicle data history, and information related to supporting facilities. Based on the validation results from IT experts, the system obtained a feasibility level of 68.3%, while validation from material experts showed a feasibility level of 96%, both of which are included in the feasible for use. Field trials with PKP-PK personnel also proved that this system was able to improve work effectiveness, accuracy in recording, and time efficiency during the testing process. Therefore, the implementation of the TEKKAN website has the potential to strengthen ARFF vehicle readiness and directly support the improvement of operational safety in the airport environment.
