The monitoring of physical fitness training for Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) personnel plays a critical role in ensuring readiness and safety in emergency response. However, the current method of documentation—primarily using paper and messaging apps—is considered inefficient and unstructured. This study aimed to design and develop a web-based Physical Fitness Training Monitoring (PFTM) system tailored for the ARFF Unit at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. The research used a modified Research and Development (R&D) method comprising six stages: problem identification, data collection, product design, validation, revision, and user testing. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL, with media and content validation performed by experts. Validation results showed that the system was rated “feasible” by the media expert (75%) and “very feasible” by the content expert (100%). User testing with 15 ARFF personnel produced an average satisfaction score of 11.6 out of 12, indicating excellent usability. The PFTM system successfully digitizes fitness logbooks, improves training documentation, enhances transparency, and supports operational performance. This innovation is expected to be a reference for broader implementation in aviation rescue units across Indonesia.
