This study aims to develop a web-based financial reporting system for the PKK organization at RT 6 Karangkepoh 1, Tegalrejo Village, Argomulyo District, Salatiga City. The research is motivated by the current financial management practices that are still carried out manually, making them prone to recording errors, reporting delays, and limited transparency and accountability. The proposed web-based system is designed to facilitate digital, integrated, and online financial data recording, storage, and reporting accessible to authorized users. This study adopts the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review to identify user requirements. The results show that the system, developed using PHP and MySQL, improves the efficiency and accuracy of financial recording, enhances data security, and supports organizational transparency through real-time access to financial reports. The developed system is expected to serve as an effective solution for community-based organizations in establishing a modern, accountable, and sustainable financial management framework
