<![CDATA[Wedding organizer services require flexible handling of package selection and customer-specific requests, yet ROS Wedding previously relied on direct communication and separated records. This study aims to design and evaluate a web-based service customization system using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method. The research employed a research-and-development design, with data collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. PXP was operationalized through planning, design, coding, testing, and feedback. The system provides package information, customer registration, special-request recording, administrative data management, and WhatsApp-based confirmation. Black-box testing of 18 scenarios across six functional modules produced valid results for all scenarios. Evaluation by 15 respondents yielded 95.47% for interface and ease of use, 92.53% for customization functions, 92.27% for user satisfaction, and 93.42% overall, all categorized as very good. The findings indicate that PXP supports iterative single-developer development and centralizes dynamic service requirements. Future work should integrate online payments and financial reporting.]]>
