This research aims to identify and analyze the differences of quality in sperm before and after consuming blood cockle Anadara ranosa L. to patients with infertility. This research was conducted in Makassar, South Sulawesi. Spermatozoa samples was taken from patients with infertility in Prodia Laboratory Makassar. The blood cockle Anadara granosa L. was taken in Panikiang Island Tanete Rilau Subdistrict Barru Regency. Analysis of the data using t test to determine whether there is diffence between before and after the giving of blood cockle Anadara granosa L. The results showed that nutritional placebo dose of 1 x 1 capsule per day had no effect or significant improvements to the macroscopic condition (volume, pH, scent and color) of spermatozoa, while nutritional dose of blood cockle 1 x 1 and 2 x 1 per day provides significant improvements to the macroscopic condition (volume, pH, scent and color) of spermatozoa.
