<![CDATA[Leaf extract from Four O’clock Flowers (Mirabilis jalapa) has secondary metabolites compound that can be used as botanical pesticide. In addition, the synergism of the leaf extract of this plant with entomopathogenic microbes such as entomopathogenic fungi to maximize the effect and its activity in controlling insects. However, it is necessary to study the antifungal activity of M. jalapa leaf extract against fungi. This research uses extract of M. jalapa concentration 0 (control), 0,1; 0.2; 0.4; and 0.8% (w / v). the antigungal activity test using the agar diffusion method. The results showed that leaf extract from M. jalapa did not inhibit the activity of Rizoctonia and Fusarium fungi so as to allow M.jalapa leaf extract to be combined with mushrooms for further research on botanical combinations of pesticides.]]>
