<![CDATA[Introduction: Human trafficking is a grave violation of human rights that continues to affect vulnerable populations across Indonesia, especially women, children, and migrant workers. Despite efforts to combat trafficking, many victims remain invisible and are often unaware of their rights and legal recourse. Community service-based legal interventions are increasingly seen as a viable approach to supporting victims and preventing trafficking.Purpose: This paper examines the effectiveness of legal interventions in the fight against human trafficking, focusing on community-based legal services that provide support to trafficking survivors, raise awareness, and advocate for policy changes.Method: The research uses a mixed-methods approach, including interviews with victims, legal professionals, and NGOs working on human trafficking prevention. It also reviews case studies of successful legal interventions that have resulted in victim compensation, safe housing, and legal protection for survivors.Findings and Results: The study finds that legal interventions are critical in ensuring the protection and rights of human trafficking victims. Community-based legal services have successfully facilitated victim rehabilitation, increased awareness, and contributed to the prosecution of traffickers. However, resource constraints and limited victim trust in authorities pose significant barriers.Urgency: Human trafficking remains a critical issue in Indonesia, with large numbers of women and children at risk. Immediate legal intervention is necessary to protect vulnerable individuals.Contribution: This paper highlights the importance of community-based legal interventions in combating human trafficking, contributing to the broader discourse on human rights and social justice.Recommendation: The study recommends expanding legal aid services for trafficking victims, enhancing public awareness campaigns, and providing better coordination between legal institutions and anti-trafficking organizations.]]>
