Background: Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women is a condition of pregnant women due to an imbalance in the intake of energy and protein nutrients, so that the substances the body needs are not fulfilled. The incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women is at risk of abortion, bleeding, prolonged labor, infection, low birth weight, birth defects, and indirect causes of maternal death. Efforts to overcome the incidence of malnutrition in pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency by providing supplementary food. Objective : Identifying the effect of supplementary feeding (PMT) for pumpkin and snakehead fish on the nutritional status of pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency (KEK). Methods : The research design used was Quasi Experimental non-equivalent group design with this type of research being One Group Pretest-Posttest. The population in this study were all pregnant women with CED in February 2023 by taking samples using the Total Sampling technique. Result : hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai Z untuk LiLA = -3.866 dan nilai Z untuk berat badan = -3.753, dengan p-value 0.000 dimana nilai p 0.000< α 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) labu kuning dan ikan gabus terhadap status gizi ibu hamil dengan kekurangan energi kronik (KEK).
