This research is to know the influence of profession allowance on civil servent teacher work in SDN. 004 Desa Long Beluah / Long Beluah village. West Tanjug Palas district. Bulungan Regency. The kind of research is observed from used data and the explanation level Based on the research result and the disscassion known that kind of allowance generally is accepted by civil servent teacherin SDN. 004 Desa Long Beluah / Long Beluah Village west tanjung Palas district is income impiovement allowance (TPP) Central allowance program, and certification allowance is accepted every early month as main salary and every three months for each allowance the civil cervent teacher who accepts the profession allowance in SDN. 004 Desa Long Beluah / Long Beluah Village west tanjung Palas district is six people. Then teacher work in SDN. 004 Desa Long Beluah / Long Beluah Village west tanjung Palas district is measured by the following indicators: pedagogic competition, individual, professional and social competition from the analysis result and te discussion in known that teacher work in SDN. 004 Desa Long Beluah / Long Beluah Village west tanjung Palas district over all is high enough and also the proffesion allowance has positive influence or significan on teacher work in SDN. 004 Desa Long Beluah / Long Beluah Village west tanjung Palas district.
