<![CDATA[The increasing life expectancy of cancer patients has led to a growing population of female cancer survivors, many of whom continue to face a range of unmet needs across physical, psychosocial, informational, and healthcare service domains. Unaddressed needs may negatively impact survivors' quality of life and hinder their adaptation following the completion of treatment. This study aimed to assess the types and extent of unmet needs among female cancer survivors using a standardized needs assessment tool. A descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach was employed. The sample consisted of 35 female cancer survivors recruited purposively from a government referral hospital. Data were collected using the translated version of the Cancer Survivors Unmet Needs questionnaire, covering five core domains. Univariate analysis was conducted using frequency and percentage distributions. The findings indicated that the most frequently reported unmet needs were within the informational and psychosocial domains, particularly regarding the desire to understand the risk of cancer recurrence, strategies to maintain health post-treatment, and the need for emotional support. These results highlight the importance of developing nursing interventions that are tailored to the specific post-treatment needs of cancer survivors.
