<![CDATA[Diabetes mellitus is a chronic non-communicable disease with a significant increase in prevalence, including among productive age groups and university students. Knowledge about diabetes mellitus plays an important role in early prevention, risk factor control, and the formation of healthy lifestyles from an early age. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge about diabetes mellitus among agribusiness students. This study used a descriptive quantitative cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 69 agribusiness students selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire to measure students' knowledge about the definition of diabetes mellitus, risk factors, signs and symptoms, prevention, and management. Data were analyzed univariately to describe the distribution of respondents' knowledge levels. The results of the study show that most students have a moderate level of knowledge, while others have a good level, and a small number still have a low level. These findings indicate that agribusiness students have an uneven understanding of diabetes mellitus. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating health education, particularly on non-communicable diseases, into higher education as part of promotional and preventive efforts. Improving students' health literacy can contribute to sustainable prevention of diabetes mellitus in the community.]]>
