<![CDATA[This article discusses the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) learning to strengthen the speaking skills of vocational high school students. The problem addressed is the gap between workplace communication demands and students' limited opportunities to practice job-related English speaking in authentic, iterative, and feedback-rich situations. The study employs a conceptual research and development approach by synthesizing recent literature on AI in education, GenAI in language learning, ESP pedagogy, and AI-supported speaking assessment. The result is an AI-ESP Speaking Cycle consisting of needs analysis, prompt design, AI-supported role-play, teacher validation, reflective revision, and authentic speaking performance. The model positions GenAI as a conversational partner, scenario generator, feedback assistant, and vocabulary scaffold, while the teacher remains the pedagogical controller who verifies language accuracy, ethics, and occupational relevance. The proposed model provides a practical framework for vocational English teachers to integrate GenAI responsibly through industry-based scenarios, speaking rubrics, prompt banks, and risk mitigation procedures. The article concludes that GenAI can expand speaking practice and personalized feedback in ESP classes, but its implementation requires teacher mediation, AI literacy, data privacy awareness, and assessment designs that prioritize human communication competence.]]>
