This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices both partially and simultaneously. The research object used in this study is property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method by setting certain criteria, so that from 84 population companies, 10 companies are obtained that meet the criteria. The number of samples contained in this study were 50 samples consisting of 10 companies with a 5-year observation period, namely from 2017-2021. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results obtained show that Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially have a significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially have no significant effect on stock prices, and Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on stock prices.
