Digital banking represents a new era unfolding today reaching 47.7 million users by 2021 with significant growth projected. This success is driven by the widespread adoption of technology. Trust is key in the long-term relationship between users and digital banks. DKI Jakarta is a province with good digital literacy and high awareness of the presence of digital banks. This study aims to analyze the digital bank adoption of Jakarta residents using UTAUT2 and Trust. With a quantitative approach and a sample of 152 respondents, data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM. The research findings show that habits and trust have a significant effect on usage intention, and intention and habits significantly influence usage behavior.
