<![CDATA[The principal functions as a leader for teachers in the educational process throughlearning. Work culture also plays an important role for an employee and also the company. Thisstudy aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work culture on the performance ofeducators and education personnel at SDN Cempaka Putih Barat 03. The data collection method forthis study is the interview and questionnaire method, and the data analysis uses quantitative analysis.Based on the results of the T test that the sig value is 0.014 <0.05 and the T count value is -2.606<from the T table value of 2.037, it is concluded that leadership style has no partial influence oneducator performance. Based on the results of the T test that the sig value is 0.000 <0.05 and the Tcount value is 7.957> from the T table value of 2.037, it is concluded that work culture has a partialinfluence on educator performance.]]>
